Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
By creating an account or purchasing a sponsorship through SponsorDesk you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Roles (admin, manager, representative) determine what data you can see and change.
Sponsorship purchases
Sponsorship packages are sold subject to availability. Inventory is limited per tier and a package is confirmed only once payment succeeds. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Deliverables, dates and venues are set by the property owner listed on the funnel page.
Refunds
Unless stated otherwise on the funnel page, sponsorship fees are non-refundable once fulfilment has begun. Contact the property owner for cancellation requests.
Commissions and tracking links
Representatives are credited using a last non-self click model with a 60-day window. Credit requires a valid tracking-link visit before purchase. Purchases made by a representative using their own tracking link earn no commission. Commission rates are snapshotted at the time of sale. Payout timing and approval are at the workspace admin's discretion.
Acceptable messaging use
You may only send email and SMS to recipients from whom you have lawful consent. You are responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and carrier requirements, including honouring STOP and HELP keywords.
AI agent integrations (MCP)
SponsorDesk exposes an OAuth-protected MCP endpoint so you can connect your own AI client (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and similar). The connection never exposes our database schema or source code; it only offers a fixed set of tools that return data you can already see in the app, enforced by row-level security. Each connection is authorised as you personally, not as an organisation bot.
Because the agent runs under your own AI account, your prompts and any data returned may be retained by that provider and, depending on their terms, used to improve their models. You may only connect MCP clients whose data-retention and training practices comply with your workspace obligations, and you are responsible for auditing those terms — most providers let organisations disable training and retention. Choose a trusted client; you bring your own AI account.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to workspace admins.
