SponsorDesk ("we", "us") operates a sponsorship sales platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account data for team members: name, email, role and tracking code.
• Business contact data for sponsors and their representatives: company, name, work email, phone number, job title.
• Marketing engagement data: tracking-link clicks, page views, email opens and clicks, SMS delivery receipts.
• Purchase data processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.

How we use it

To operate the CRM, attribute sponsorship purchases to the correct sales representative, calculate commissions, send requested communications, and improve the product.

Mobile opt-in and SMS

We only send SMS to contacts who have given explicit prior consent. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Email

Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. Unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that make the service work: our cloud database and hosting provider, Stripe for payments, our email provider, and our SMS provider. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Data is retained while your account is active and for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes. Access is restricted by role-based permissions and row-level security.
